Boss Brain Adventures was founded by Cindy Krum - a long-term speaker and trainer in the digital marketing industry. She saw the value that conferences brought all the attendees who participated but worried that the model might not work, so she conjured up a new one.
Cindy had a new idea
The intense nature of an all-day conference, focused exclusively on one topic, with no breaks for fun or connection might not be appealing - especially to those at the top of their game, but also those who are new and trying to get up to speed quickly.
Traveling makes the world go round.
Cindy knew that travel puts you in a different, more receptive mindset and real learning comes from real experiences. When we can facilitate a multi-day experience with repeated exposure and evolution of conversation and discussion on a topic, that is where real growth and learning can be locked in. She wanted to bring together her love of travel and the digital marketing industry by fostering collaborative creative thinking, brainstorming, problem-solving and vibrant conversation.
Often, the most rewarding part of a conference is the conversations that happen over meals and drinks.
